Tested at Red Bull Rampage, Backyard Battle and countless freeride sessions, the Vero Pro Grip was built for heavy landings, rough run-ins and unforgiving terrain.

The 31mm profile uses a repeating pattern that feels consistent no matter where you grab it. Through countless rounds of testing and refinement, Vero developed a pattern that delivers dependable traction in all conditions, with enough squidge to stay comfortable without ever feeling vague when it’s time to pull hard and catch a landing.

The pattern is only half the story. The other half is a custom rubber compound that delivers a tacky, locked-in feel from the first ride, combining comfort, grip and durability in equal measure.

One of Vero’s long-standing frustrations was dirt finding its way beneath the grip after crashes and slams on mulch jumps. To solve it, we developed an integrated dirt gasket that seals against the handlebar when the end plug is installed, helping keep dirt and moisture out.

We also knew riders would want options. A dedicated groove next to the flange allows it to be removed cleanly or used as a guide for safety wire. A subtle relief under the thumb reduces pressure on long days in the sesh.

The finishing touch is the end cap. Protected by an overhanging lip and constructed from high-durometer rubber rather than plastic, it’s designed to resist impacts, slide smoothly and avoid snagging on clothing.
